Su prop\u00f3sito es garantizar un <b>marco legal equitativo para todos los empleados p\u00fablicos<\/b>, independientemente de la administraci\u00f3n en la que trabajen. En esencia, <b>el TREBEP define los derechos, deberes y condiciones laborales de los empleados p\u00fablicos.<\/b><\/p><p>Quiz\u00e1s has o\u00eddo hablar del <b>EBEP <\/b>(Estatuto B\u00e1sico del Empleado P\u00fablico), y es que <b>el TREBEP es su versi\u00f3n actualizada y refundida<\/b>. El EBEP entr\u00f3 en vigor en 2007, y fue derogado en 2015, cuando se aprob\u00f3 el TREBEP.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Historia y evoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Antes del TREBEP, las normativas del empleo p\u00fablico estaban dispersas y eran complejas, lo que generaba desigualdades y dificultaba su aplicaci\u00f3n. <b>El TREBEP surgi\u00f3 para unificar y modernizar dichas normativas<\/b>, estableciendo un marco com\u00fan para todas las administraciones. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, se ha adaptado a los cambios sociales y laborales, incorporando nuevas figuras y derechos.<\/li><li><strong>\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: El TREBEP se <b>aplica a todos los empleados p\u00fablicos<\/b> que prestan servicios en las administraciones p\u00fablicas espa\u00f1olas.
